On all levels, this class is a deeply restorative practice.

We expose & explore our emotional terrain with gentle postures, long holds & reflections threaded throughout.

This is a yin-style class, which means all postures are supported and settled into with ease.

Mid-class we enter into short meditation to add another texture to healing on an emotional level.

The nervous system is calmed, the mind stilled, the heart opened and in this state the body returns to its natural healthy rhythm.

By honouring the 'yin' qualities within our true nature, we take time to let all aspects of self feel nurtured.
